The Electronic Times Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") values the personal information of its customers and complies with the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection. Through this Privacy Policy, the Company informs you of how your personal information is used and what measures are taken for its protection.

The Company will notify any revisions to this Privacy Policy through website announcements or individual notices.
This policy has been effective since March 5, 2018.

The Company collects the following personal information for service consultations and applications:
• Items collected: Name, email, company/school name, department, position/title, mobile phone, occupation, address, access logs, cookies, records
• Collection methods: Website, on-site registration, surveys

▶ Use and Entrustment of Personal Information
The Company uses collected personal information for the following purposes:
• Services: Providing service-related information, billing, distributing related materials, sending invoices, etc.
• Members: Identity verification for service use, personal identification, consent confirmation, complaint handling, notice delivery, etc.
• Marketing and advertising: Providing information on new services, invitations, events, and other promotional materials
• Entrustment: Collected personal information is shared only as necessary with entrusted companies for smooth operations such as event registration confirmation, modifications, notification emails, and nametag issuance.
Digital Guest Book: When visitors scan the QR code on their badge at an exhibitor's booth with consent, their information may also be shared with the exhibitor.

• Entrusted Tasks: Nametag issuance, event management, etc.

▶ Retention Period of Personal Information
Personal information is retained and used for 3 years from the time of registration. However, entrusted companies' personal information is immediately destroyed when the relevant service expires.
• Items destroyed: Name, email, company/school name, department, position/title, mobile phone, occupation, address, access logs, cookies, records, payment records

▶ Provision of Personal Information
The Company does not provide users' personal information to external parties as a general rule. However, exceptions are made in the following cases:
• When users have given prior consent, or when required by law or for investigative purposes following legally prescribed procedures
Among personal information collected during event registration hosted/organized by The Electronic Times Co., Ltd., necessary items may be provided to official sponsors of the event for the Company's marketing and business activities. Personal information (company name, position, name, contact, email, access records) will be retained for 1 year from the time of registration.
Attendees are hereby informed that the requested data will be used in accordance with the privacy policies of sponsors and supporting companies.
If you do not consent to the above third-party provision of personal information, registration for this event will not be possible, and you will be excluded from all prize distributions related to event participation.
